No Wake Buoys

Did you know that when you see a “No Wake” buoy that you are to operate your motorboat or PWC at idle speed. Most people do know this. What most people do not realize is that you should be at idle speed within 100 feet of the buoy. This also applies to a dock or pier, an occupied anchored vessel, or any area where damage may be caused from the wake of your watercraft. Remember to be aware of your surroundings and be courtesy to others. Now go have fun!
